2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. International shipping not available at this time.
3. What are your shipping options and times? Choose the speed that suits you:
- Express Shipping (3-6 business days): $20 – Fastest with priority handling and tracking.
- Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 – Free on every order, no minimum required (our most popular choice!).
- Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $10 – Economy option for slower delivery.
Times are estimates based on business days (excluding weekends/holidays) and may vary due to carrier delays. All orders include tracking.

5. What is your return policy? We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, with tags/packaging intact. Contact us first for approval and return label instructions. Customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged (we cover it and send a replacement).

7. How do I track my order? Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Track easily on the carrier's site (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
